Everyone wants young looking, smooth skin. It's easy! Just choose the right foods. Here is the list of foods good for your skin. But before we talk about foods, we'd like to make two things clear. Enough Water and Enough Rest.
Enough Water Is it eight glasses of water every day good for your health? I don't think so! If you are a football player, eight glasses is not enough, but you are a house wife, maybe 3 or 4 glasses is enough.
Enough Sleep Make sure you get enough sleep to keep your skin looking healthy.
Now here is the list of foods that good for your skin:
Foods that rich in vitamin A/B/C/E Liver, eggs, milk and oily fish are rich in vitamin A. Beef, cheese, eggs, liver and Marmite are rich in vitamin B. Blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin C. Almonds, avocado, hazelnuts, pine nuts and sunflower and corn oils are rich in vitamin E.
Foods that contain Omega 3 and Omega 6 Salmon is a good choice, if fish isn’t your thing, try walnuts, flax seed or canola oil, safflower, sunflower and corn oils.
Foods that contain sulphur can help to keep skin smooth - garlic and onions are ideal.
Bird nest Oral secretion of swiftlets, collected from the binding material of their nests. The edible bird's nests are among the most expensive animal products consumed by humans. The nests have been used in Chinese cooking for over 400 years, most often as bird's nest soup.
Finally, once you make changes to your diet, don't expect your skin will be looked better than yesterday. It takes six weeks for new skin to emerge up to the surface, so the visible benefits from dietary changes will take just as long.
